Struggling to find vegan breakfast ideas? We’ve got you covered with 5 delicious vegan recipes using FUEL10K. 

Although our range is all ready to be enjoyed on the go and straight out the pot or box, now that we're in lockdown it means many people are now enjoying breakfast at home.

With Veganuary in full flow one problem that is mentioned all too often is ‘what can I make for breakfast?’. With the FUEL10K vegan range (and some other delicious ingredients) we’ve got you covered! With 5 delicious recipes made from our fantastic ambassadors you’ll be inviting friends round for brunch in no time (after lockdown)!  

 

Smoothie bowl with granola topper

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries & strawberries
Splash of almond milk
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tbsp vegan vanilla yoghurt

For the topper:
FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola – Chocolate, Super Berry or Peanut whichever takes your fancy!
Sliced banana
Chopped blueberries

Method:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender (or food processor) and pulse/blend until smooth and creamy, scrapy down the sides every so often. 

* TIP: Try not to add more liquid as the consistency will become too thin – the goal is a thick texture.
Transfer to a bowl
Add your granola topping and fruits

Mixed berry protein smoothie bowl with granola topper

Ingredients: 


For the smoothie: 
1 banana (or avocado) 
1 serving of protein powder 
200ml of soya milk 
1 tbsp flax seeds 
2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries 

For the topper: 
FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola – Chocolate, Super Berry or Peanut whichever takes your fancy! 
Sliced kiwis and strawberries 

Method: 


Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and pulse/blend until smooth. 
Pour your smoothie into a bowl 
Add your FUEL10K Granola topping and fruits

Breakfast quesadilla with dipping sauce

Ingredients: 

For the quesadilla: 
1 seeded wrap (or 2 if you want more!)
FUEL10K Peanut Butter any flavour! – Chocolate, Smooth or Superseed
1 banana sliced
Coconut oil

For the dipping sauce: 
Frozen berries
Vegan yoghurt
FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola – Chocolate, Super Berry or Peanut whichever takes your fancy! 


Method: 
For the quesadilla: 
Spread the peanut butter onto the wrap and add the sliced banana on one half of the wrap
Fold the wrap in half to cover the banana and peanut butter
Heat the folded wrap in a pan with a dash of coconut oil for 2 minutes each side
Take off the heat and slice into 4 pieces per wrap.

For the dipping sauce:
Heat up some frozen berries in the microwave
Add the yoghurt into a bowl and add the heated berries
Top it off with some FUEL10K granola!

 

Soy yoghurt and granola topped with frozen berries and passion fruit

Ingredients: 

Soy yoghurt
FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola – Chocolate, Super Berry or Peanut
Frozen mixed berries
Passion fruit

Method: 
Spoon in the soy yoghurt into a bowl
Add the FUEL10K Granola
Cut your passion fruit in half and drizzle on top of the yoghurt and granola
Finish off by adding in your frozen berries


Grab and spoon and Enjoy! 

 

Double Peanut Butter Porridge Bowl

Ingredients:

For the porridge: 
50g oats
250ml non-dairy milk (of your choice!)
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 serving of protein powder

For the toppings:
FUEL10K Superseed Peanut Butter & FUEL10K Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 Banana sliced
3 Strawberries
A handful of blackberries sliced
FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola – Chocolate, Super Berry or Peanut


Method: 


Make your porridge by adding the oats, protein powder, flax seeds and non-dairy milk into a bowl (for microwaving) or saucepan (for cooking)
If microwaving – microwave for 2.5 minutes taking it out halfway to stir. If cooking in a saucepan – cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat and stir every so often
Cut up your banana, strawberries & blackberries
Get your bowl out of the microwave or saucepan off the heat and add into a bowl
Add the fruits on top of the porridge on one half of the bowl
Add a handful of FUEL10K Protein Boosted Granola and line down the middle
Squeeze your FUEL10K Superseed Peanut Butter & Chocolate Peanut Butter into the other half of the bowl


Grab and spoon, mix it all up and enjoy!

Vegan hot chocolate 

Ingredients:
Fuel10K Oat Chocolate Fibre Breakfast Drink
Vegan marshmallows 

Method:
Pour your Fuel10K chocolate oat drink into a mug
Microwave for 2 minutes. Halfway through give it a stir. 
Take out for mug and add marshmallows on top
Sit back, relax and drink
