I have just finished my first 7 portion packet of Fuel Indian Jalfrezi Rice meal. Absolute simplicity to prepare which is my main reason for choosing this product as I am disabled and can prepared this when my Carer is not available. The taste is full and spicy without being overpowering. The texture is surprisingly varied. I like the chewy aspect of some of the ingredients which makes it feel I am actually eating food. To be honest and balanced I admit the appearance of the prepared meal does not look appetising. This appearance belies the nice taste of the product. I recommend this Fuel Jalfrezi meal, partly because of the nutritional content. It is a healthy portion size although smaller than I am used to but that said I need to cut my portion sizes and this product is helpful in this respect. 9/10
