Red kidney beans with textured soya protein, wheat grains and sweetcorn in a Mexican style spiced tomato sauce

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
Not suitable for freezing.
Once opened, heat and consume immediately.
Do not reheat.

Preparation and Usage

Microwave – From Ambient

Make a small tear in the top of the pouch
Place upright on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes [800/900W]
Empty into a bowl and stir well
All microwaves vary, please ensure product is piping hot before consuming.
Careful when you take the pouch out of the microwave as it may be seriously hot.
