Product Information
Batter mix for American-style pancakes, waffles and crepes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
For best before end, see top of pack.
You will need
- 2 Medium eggs
- 180ml-340ml Semi-skimmed milk
- Vegetable oil
Equipment
- Non-stick frying pan or waffle maker
Instructions
For American-style Pancakes:
- Place the Fuel10K Pancake, Waffle & Crepe Mix into a bowl, add the eggs and 180ml milk. Mix using a hand whisk until
smooth and lump free. - Heat a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat, lightly grease with vegetable oil.
- Pour 2 tbsp of batter into the pan for each pancake and allow to cook over a medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side
until golden brown.
For Waffles:
- Place the mix into a bowl, add the eggs and 240ml milk. Mix using a hand whisk until smooth and lump free.
- Heat the waffle maker and lightly oil. Add the batter and cook for around 4 minutes. Always consult manufacturer’s
instructions.
For Crepes:
- Place the mix into a bowl, add the eggs and 340ml milk. Mix using a hand whisk until smooth and lump free. Cover and leave
to one side for at least 15 mins before use. - Lightly oil a frying pan and heat until very hot. Thinly coat the base of the pan with batter. Cook for 1 minute over a medium
heat until golden brown on the underside. Turn over and cook the other side for a further minute.
Top tips!
For fluffier pancakes and waffles, add 2tbsp of vegetable oil to the batter.
