FUEL10K High Protein Chocolate Muffin Mix

Product Information
Chocolate muffin mix with milk chocolate chips.
Store in a cool, dry place.
 For best before end, see top of pack.
You Will Need
- 1 Medium egg
 - 110ml Semi-skimmed milk
 - 45ml Vegetable oil
 - 6 Muffin cases
 
Equipment
- Muffin tray
 - Electric hand whisk
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas mark 4. In a jug, mix the egg, milk & oil.
 - Place the Fuel10k chocolate muffin mix into a bowl, pour in the egg, milk and oil and gently mix. Whisk for 1 minute until
smooth and creamy. - Spoon the mix evenly between 6 muffin cases. Bake in the centre of the oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until a skewer the
centre of the muffins comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. 
Top Tip!
 Our muffins are suitable for freezing: All you need to do is allow them to thaw then microwave for 10 seconds for a deliciously warm snack!
