Product Information
Wholegrain oat and chocolate chip protein ball mix.
Store in an airtight container or store in the fridge. Can be frozen.

You will need
- 120g Nut or seed butter, e.g. Peanut butter
- 50ml Milk
- 60g Honey
Equipment
- Lined baking tray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas mark 4. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Place the mix into a bowl and add the nut or seed butter, honey and milk. Mix well until combined.
- Roll the mix into 12 balls, spacing them evenly on the tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Top tip!
Drizzle with chocolate for a decorative finish.
