High Protein Chocolate Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • FUEL10K The Complete Meal - Chocolate
  • 110g butter
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

1Preheat the oven to 180 and line a load tin with baking paper
2Microwave the butter until completed melted before adding the bananas and mashing with a fork
3Once smooth, add both eggs and vanilla extract before mixing
4Using a sieve, add the baking powder and 250g of The Complete Meal to the bowl
5Then add the sugar and salt before using an electric whisk to combine all the ingredients
6Once smooth, pour the batter into the pre-prepared load tin and bake for around 50 minutes
7Allow to cool for 1/2 an hour before topping with some melted chocolate and covering each slice with chocolate peanut butter
