Chocolate & Caramelised Banana Porridge

  • 70g FUEL10K Choc Porridge
  • 1 banana, halved
  • 1tsp butter
  • 1tsp brown sugar
  • 1tbsp yog
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs

CHOCOLATE PORRIDGE POT
1Begin by caramelising the banana. To do this warm a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. While it reaches temperature, coat the banana halves with a little sugar before popping into the pan. Cook each side for around two minutes, or until brown and sticky. Set aside
2Prepare the Choc Porridge as per instructions on the packaging, then pour into a bowl
3Top with your caramelised banana and Greek yoghurt before sprinkling over pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs to finish
