If you want your breakfasts warm and hearty, give our porridge a try. Our single serve porridge pots give you a minimum of 12.9g of protein in 5 tasty flavours, and our porridge sachets have 10 servings in every box, giving you 10g of protein per portion when made up with semi-skimmed milk.

For the mornings when you need to get a quick and tasty breakfast before heading out for the day, you can always rely on our Ultimate Breakfast Shakes.

Smooth shakes made from skimmed cow’s milk, containing 25g of milk protein and fibre, with no added sugar. Coming in Cookies & Cream and Fudge Brownie flavours, these taste great and are a great way to start your day.
