VACANCIES

Sales and Marketing Exec   

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can manage a group of retail stores, whilst developing our marketing efforts. You will work independently to boost store sales, and act as a key link between sales and marketing. You will maximise sales opportunities, working with the sales team to pursue these and ascertain prospective customer needs and key issues. A key part of your marketing role will be developing, managing, and maintaining collateral in line with our brand guidelines. You will also be managing our ambassador programme, becoming a key contact between our ambassadors and the internal team. Finally, this role will involve pursuing events and sampling opportunities, from sports events to trade shows.  

Sales support 

  • Taking ownership of 20 stores local to you 
  • This will involve going into stores and making sure our products look epic on shelf 
  • Building rapport with the store manager to get extra stock ordered in to make amazing displays in store and drive sales  
  • Constantly searching for opportunities to communicate with our buyers and involve them with all things FUEL10K  
  • Pursuing new sales opportunities   

Trade support 

  • Attending Trade Shows, roughly 8-10 a year. This will typically require 3 days out of the office to help set up stands, sampling on the day, and following up leads post event  
  • Admin support: working to support our commercial managers through our busiest months   

Brand support 

  • Sleeves rolled up from the get-go and being prepared to jump into all things that will further promote brand FUEL10K  
  • This may include helping with the procurement of posters, point of sale material, online images and merchandise 
  • Assisting with organising and activating at in-store and external events 
  • Build on our FUEL CLUB programme and support the growth of relationships with our brand partners, influencers and ambassadors to best effect  
  • Support the implementation of our student brand ambassador programme 

KEY SKILLS 

  • Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit  
  • Self-starter, sleeves rolled up type, you will need to be able to juggle a varied workload 
  • The ability to engage with people at all levels within businesses and communicate confidently 
  • Strong sense of initiative and a desire to seek out new opportunities   
  • Analytical, insight thinking with excellent attention to detail 
  • Organised and proactive 
  • Driving license  

DESIRED

  • Reporting skills, competent using Microsoft platforms (PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Knowledge of sales
  • Target orientated experience of working across business databases

Community Manager  

BRAND EXEC SUPPORT 

  • Sleeves rolled up from the get-go and being prepared to jump into all things that will further promote brand FUEL10K  
  • This may include helping to brief in designs for posters, point of sale, and social media images 
  • Supporting our digital marketing manager with web copy and imagery 
  • Support the implementation of a rolling 6 monthly content and comms calendar that is aligned with other business activity and can be shared regularly with the wider team 

COMMS STRATEGY 

  • This area is perhaps the most important to get right, our written copy and communication must be accurate and in line with our tone of voice 
  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice across all business touch points and manage and answer all brand related inbound emails 
  • Community management of inbound emails, social DMs and all other written touch points  
  • Contribute to the building of a communication strategy for FUEL10K in line with business objectives 
  • Engage with and encourage the growth of our community, involving replying to and actioning all customer queries, comments and reviews, replying to all mentions across our social media platforms and pursuing opportunities to grow our community  
  • Build on our social media ambassador programme and support the wider marketing team to grow relationships  

KNOW OUR CONSUMERS  

  • Define exactly who our consumers are, what makes them tick and why they buy into our brand and product ranges 
  • Build an ever-growing database of consumer contacts and categorise them into sub-groups that will help us communicate to them as relevantly as possible 
  • Aim to capture information and data points that help us curate effective messaging wherever possible, this involves reporting of our digital growth, using already integrated software and looking for more effective software 

CREATION, CURATION & CONTENT 

  • In line with consumer relevance, control the timely messaging to each group to build on brand awareness and to seek engagement beyond a simple like 
  • Be able to create rich, provocative, interesting, educational and entertaining content that will turn heads and be enjoyed across all brand communication touch points 
  • Ensure all engaging content from our social media that is in line with the FUEL10K brand is saved, making it available for company wide use
