Our proteins vary from product to product, however we use the following proteins across our current range: whey, milk, soy, pea, sunflower, rice and potato protein. In addition to this wide range there are proteins that naturally occur within the ingredients used. If you are unsure which protein is in each product and would like to know more, there are further details on our packaging or feel free to contact us!
We always work with quality manufacturers that have the right kit to do the best job possible. Our range is produced with manufacturing partners across in the UK and mainland Europe. The products currently produced in our homeland UK are the porridge pots, nut butters, granola pots, The Complete Meal and cookies.
Yes, we can absolutely arrange for your FUEL10K goodies to be sent outside of the UK. To receive a quote for international postage email us at [email protected] with your order and shipping address. We can take card payments or send you an email invoice to complete payment details in any currency.
We understand that it's easy to change your mind and want to amend your order so we are quite flexible here at FUEL10K. You can change your order at any time before the parcel has left our warehouse. This includes changing your shipping address and cancelling your order. Please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] to ask for your order to be amended. We will do our best to get you taken care of and let you know what to do next if your parcel was already dispatched. If you are on a subscription plan, you can change any details of your next order on your Profile Page.

We want our products to reach you as safely and conveniently as possible. When you place your order its possible to leave a comment for which day (excluding weekends) you would like them to be delivered; although we cannot always guarantee that it will happen. As for time, there is no guarantee but depending on the area there can be pre 12pm and pre 9am deliveries booked.
Yes you can! When you receive your DHL confirmation there is a Waybill number which you can enter into the DHL tracking website.
We try to do our best to give back to the environment. We use recyclable packaging where possible and most of our packaging is recyclable or from a recycled source. Our drinks cartons, porridge pots, and granolas use widely recyclable materials. If you are unsure about your area’s recycling capabilities, please contact your local authority. We also regularly review our packaging formats and we are proud that in 2018 we reduced the amount of single use plastic by 22 tons.

Refrigeration of products vary across the range; we personally enjoy our drinks best when chilled!
