Are you in need of a high-protein guilt-free cheesecake to stop those cravings? Well, look no further than FUEL10K No-Bake Cheesecake!


150g-200g FUEL10K Fruit Loaded Granola
250g FUEL10K Yoghurt with Quark
2 tbsp Clear Honey or Agave Syrup
200g Mixed Berries

Serves: 4

Crush the Granola in the zip-lock bag with the rolling pin until it is in small crumbly sized pieces. Divide the Granola equally into the 4 glass mugs/small bowls.

Stir together the Quark, Yoghurt and Honey/Agave Syrup (this is optional and purely for sweetness).

Spoon the mixture equally into the mugs/bowls on top of the Granola. Cover with cling-film and place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

When you’re ready to serve, top the cheesecake with the mixed berries and then dig in!
