Put the Ben & Jerry’s away! We have your new summertime fix right here, and better yet, it’s guilt-free, high in protein and super simple to make.
Strawberry & Banana Protein Ice Cream
• 2 frozen bananas
• 3 handfuls of frozen strawberries (or mixed berries if that’s what you fancy)
• ½ bottle of FUEL10K Vanilla Breakfast Drink (or any other flavour you have,
we’re not strict)
• Garnishes e.g. chopped fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, chocolate button
- Add all the frozen fruit to a blender, and blitz until smooth. It doesn’t matter if you still have small flakes at this point.
- Add the FUEL10K Breakfast Drink or alternative. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Scoop and serve in two small bowls and add any toppings you fancy.
- Dig in!
