- 1 apple
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- A handful of frozen berries
- 1 big spoon of peanut butter

1Chop up an apple, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and then microwave for 2 mins until soft
2Prepare your porridge pot following the instructions on the pack and pour into a bowl
3Top with the warm apple, berries and a big spoonful of peanut butter
