- 150g FUEL10K Golden Syrup Porridge
- 50g butter
- 30g golden syrup
- 30g sultanas
- 30g dried apricots, chopped

GOLDEN SYRUP PORRIDGE POT
1Place the butter, sugar and syrup in a microwavable bowl, and cook on high power until the butter has melted
2Stir in the Golden Syrup Porridge, sultanas and apricots
3Press the mixture into a greased, glass baking dish
4Cook on medium power in the microwave for around 4 minutes, or until bubbling
5Once cooked, allow to cool before cutting into squares
