INGREDIENTS
  • FUEL10K Golden Syrup Porridge
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 50g yog
  • A splash of water/milk
  • 50g smashed raspberries
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate spread
  • Cream cheese
MADE WITH
1Mix together all of the ingredients (except the choc spread and cream cheese)
2Transfer half of the mix into an ovenproof dish
3Add a tsp of choc spread and pour over the rest of the oat mix
4Top with raspberries and dollops of cream cheese
5Cook for 12-15 mins at 180
