INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Golden Syrup Porridge Pots
  • 30g dried cranberries
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 20ml almond milk
  • 2tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 70g jumbo rolled oats
  • 4tbsp coconut oil

1Line an 8inch baking tray with greaseproof paper and pre-heat your oven to 180
2Put the coconut oil, honey and peanut butter in a microwavable bowl and place in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir to combine
3Next, add the oats, milk and porridge pots and mix. Finally fold in the dried cranberries
4Spoon the mix onto the baking tray, spread out evenly and press down to make sure it's compact
5Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
6Once out of the oven, leave to cool and transfer to the fridge overnight. This will ensure the bars don't crumble when they're cut
7Cut into 8 bars
