Loaded Chocolate Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 40g Oats
- 2tsp cocoa powder
- 2tsp sweetner
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of baking powder
- 2 eggs (white and yolk separated)
- 2tbsp fat free Greek yog (or yog of choice)
- 1tbsp water
- Choc Peanut Butter
MADE WITH

1Blitz the oats
2Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
3Add in the 2 egg yolks, greek yog and mix. This will come out thick so add the water to loosen slightly
4In another bowl whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks and gently fold into the pancake batter until incorporated. Be careful not to over-mix
5Heat a pan and add some coconut oil. Add 2tbsp of batter to make your pancakes
6Top with choc peanut butter and fruit
