- 1 banana, halved 🍌
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
- Sprinkle of cacao nibs

SALTED CARAMEL PORRIDGE POT
1Begin by caramelising the banana. To do this warm a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. While it reaches temperature, coat the banana halves with a little sugar before popping into the pan. Cook each side for around two minutes, or until brown and sticky. Set aside.
2Prepare our Salted Caramel Porridge by mixing with boiling water until it’s at desired consistency and leaving to cool for two minutes.
3Then pour into a bowl. Top with your caramelised banana and Greek yoghurt before sprinkling over pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs to finish.
