INGREDIENTS
  • FUEL10K Super Berry Granola
  • 50g oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g Greek yog or plant based alternative
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 100ml milk or milk alternative
  • Berry compote (berries cooked in the microwave)
MADE WITH SUPER BERRY GRANOLA
SUPER BERRY GRANOLA
1Preheat the oven to 180
2Mix all the ingredients together (minus the berry compote and the granola)
3Place 2/3 of the batter in an oven-proof ramekin
4Add the berry compote, then top with the rest of the batter
5Top with a sprinkle of Super Berry Granola
6Bake for 13 mins, then leave to cool
