Avid FUEL10K fans have been experimenting in the kitchen and have come up with three epic recipes using our delicious Peanut Butter. All that’s left is for you to choose a recipe, and get out your pouch of nutty goodness.

 

Giant salted caramel peanut butter protein pod

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 FUEL10K peanut butter protein oat bar
▪️ Salted caramel Centre
▪️ 1 tbsp chilled coconut cream
▪️ 3 tbsp maple syrup
▪️ 15g protein powder, we recommend chocolate or salted caramel!
▪️ 15g  super seed peanut butter
▪️ Choc top
▪️ 10g chocolate peanut butter!  

 

Method:
1. Put the oat bar in the microwave for 10seconds to soften. Press the mix into a circular bowl and place in the fridge.
2. Mix together the caramel ingredients and place inside
3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle on top
4. DEVOUR 

 

Vegan chocolate chip peanut butter protein balls

Ingredients:
▪️100g coconut flour
▪️ 1 scoop Vanilla The Complete Meal
▪️ 100g @fuel10k chocolate peanut butter
▪️ 50g @thegroovyfoodcompany coconut oil
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla essence
▪️ 100g chocolate chips 

Method: 
1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients (minus choc chips) then mix in the peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla essence
2. Fold in the chocolate chips. If the dough is too soft pop in the freezer for 10 mins to chill.
3. Roll into balls and enjoy. I drizzled some extra chocolate peanut butter over mine because you can never have enough peanut butter! 

 

Chocolate protein brownies

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 banana
▪️ 50g of Cocoa Powder
▪️ 2 scoops of The Complete Meal
▪️ 60g of Peanut Butter 

Method:
1. Mash banana
2. Mix mashed banana, cocoa powder 50g, two scoops of The Complete Meal and 60g peanut butter. 3. Pour into a baking tin.
4. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy and share if you’re feeling generous  

 

Don’t forget to restock though, a cupboard without Peanut Butter doesn’t bear thinking about!
