Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients  

  • 1 Banana  
  • 50g Cocoa Powder  
  • 2 scoops FUEL10K The Complete Meal, Chocolate 
  • 60g Peanut Butter  

Method 

  1. Line a baking tin and pre-heat the oven to 170C. 
  2. Mash the banana. 
  3. Mix mashed banana, cocoa powder, The Complete Meal, and peanut butter until combined. 
  4. Pour into a baking tin.  
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and remove when golden brown on top.  
  6. Allow to cool before digging in (and sharing, if you’re feeling generous) … 

 

  

Spiced Cinnamon Apple Porridge

Ingredients  

  • 1 pot FUEL10K Apple & Cinnamon Porridge  
  • 1 Apple  
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon  
  • A handful frozen berries 
  • 1 big spoon of FUEL10K Super Seeded Peanut Butter  

Method 

  1. Chop up an apple, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and then microwave for 2 mins until soft.  
  2. Prepare your porridge pot following the instructions on the pack before putting it in a bowl and topping with the warm apple, berries, and a big spoonful of our Super Seeded Peanut Butter. 

 

 

 

No-Bake Granola Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients 

  • 200g FUEL10K Granola (Fruit, Chocolate or Peanut)  
  • 50g Coconut oil  
  • 50g FUEL10K Smooth Peanut Butter   

Method 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. In a food processor, pulse granola 3-4 times to break up any big clumps. Place granola into a medium bowl and set aside.  
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a small pot. Once melted, add the peanut butter and stir until creamy smooth.  
  4. Pour wet mixture over granola and mix. 
  5. Scoop out mixture onto prepared baking sheet - you will get 4-6 cookies total.   
  6. Using your fingers, press each scoop into a round cookie shape.  
  7. Place into the freezer to harden, for at least 45 minutes. Once cookies are set, remove from the freezer, spread yogurt over the cookie, and top with your favourite fruits and yogurt!
