Pancake Day recipes

Pancake day  one of the best days of the year! At FUEL10K we are big fans of pancakes and what better way to celebrate than by using our delicious range as pancake toppings. Whether you’re enjoying your stack for breakfast, lunch or dinner, take inspiration from these recipes from our ambassador @oustandingoats to fuel you through the day!

 

Peanut butter and jam oat banana pancakes

Ingredients:
30g oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana

Toppings:
FUEL10K Smooth Peanut Butter
FUEL10K Peanut Granola
Berries & compote
Raspberries & banana

Method:
1. Whizz up the oats & mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little butter/oil into a pan and cook 1 tbsp batter for each pancake for 2 mins each side.
3. Stack them up and add your toppings.
4. Enjoy!  

Chocolate orange pancakes

Ingredients:
30g oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 egg
150 ml plant milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp orange zest

Toppings:
FUEL10K Chocolate Granola
Soy yoghurt
Chocolate orange syrup
Orange slices
Dark chocolate chunks 

Method:
1. Whizz up the oats & mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little butter/oil into a pan and cook 1 tbsp batter for each pancake for 2 mins each side.
3. Stack them up and add your toppings.
4. Devour!  

Vanilla & strawberry pancakes

Ingredients:
30g oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp cinnamon 

Toppings:
FUEL10K Peanut Granola
Soy yoghurt
Strawberries & raspberries  

Method:
1. Whizz up the oats & mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little butter/oil into a pan and cook 1 tbsp batter for each pancake for 2 mins each side.
3. Stack them up and add your toppings.
4. Dive in!  

Banoffee pancakes

Ingredients:
30g oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 banana 

Toppings:
FUEL10K Chocolate Granola
Vanilla soy yoghurt
Toffee syrup
1 banana sliced 

Method:
1. Whizz up the oats & mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add a little butter/oil into a pan and cook 1 tbsp batter for each pancake for 2 mins each side.
3. Stack them up and add your toppings.
4. Eat up!  

Chocolate & berry compote pancakes

Ingredients:
30g oats
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp cinnamon 

Toppings:

Soy yoghurt
